✅Trailer rental fees:

Bulk trailer rental is now $190.

Green trailer rental is now $55

✅Drop off Pick up Schedule:

Drop off Monday - Pick up Thursday

Drop off Tuesday - Pick up Friday

Drop off Thursday - Pick up Monday

Drop off Friday - Pick up Tuesday

✅Fees for items found on Bulk trailers:

$4 per Tire/$5 per Rim 

$12 per Refrigerator appliance

$15 per Mattress/Box springs

Trailer Reservation Details:

  • Drop-off Time: Trailers are delivered between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Due to high demand and varying factors affecting daily routes, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. You are not required to be home during delivery.

  • Large Trailer: Requires a 28 ft x 10 ft space and holds 18 cubic yards (16 ft long, 8 ft wide, and 4 ft deep).

  • Short Trailer: Requires a 24 ft x 10 ft space and holds 14 cubic yards (12 ft long, 8 ft wide, and 4 ft deep). Priced the same as the large trailer.

Important Terms:

  • Non-refundable rentals: All trailer rentals are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling Fee: A $20 rescheduling fee applies to changes made more than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the rental fee.

  • Account Status: Your account must be in good standing to rent a trailer. If your account is past due, the reservation will be canceled unless payment is made within 24 hours of booking. Please contact us at 385-468-6325 to confirm your account status.

  • Reservation Name: The rental requester's name must match the property deed. If you are unsure, please call to confirm. Reservations with mismatched names will be canceled.

  • Final Confirmation: Your final confirmation will be the Xpress payment receipt. If a receipt is not issued, your reservation will be voided, and you will need to reschedule via the website.
