All Municipalities Servicing Map
We take pride in delivering world-class customer service, reflected in our 94% satisfaction rating in 2021. Each year, we manage the collection and hauling of approximately 148,000 tons of waste from over 86,000 homes. Our services include weekly curbside garbage, recycling, and subscription-based green waste collection, offering multiple solutions to manage and transport waste effectively.
Recently, the Wasatch Front Waste and Recycling District transitioned from a Local District to a Special Service District. This reorganization, supported by the Salt Lake County Council and our District Board, enhances efficiency in controlling garbage and recycling services for the communities we serve. Cities and townships now have greater autonomy in managing their sanitation needs, with oversight provided by the Board of Trustees
