Green Can Subscription Request 

The Green Waste Subscription Service runs from the second Monday in March to the second Friday in December.

  • Herriman: Green waste is collected on Mondays.
  • All Other Areas: Green waste collection occurs on your regular collection day.

GREEN WASTE SUBSCRIPTION  AGREEMENT

1. Account Status

  • The Customer must maintain a current account to receive green waste collection services.

2. Fees

  • Startup Fee: A one-time startup fee of $70 is required to begin service.
  • Service Fee: The Customer agrees to pay $31.50 per quarter (totaling $126 per year) for green waste collection.
    • Note: Billing occurs quarterly, although service is provided for nine months of the year (from the second Monday of March to the second Friday of December).
  • Additional Green Can:
    • Each additional green waste can will incur a charge of $9 per quarter, with a $70 startup fee per additional can.
  • Replacement Can:
    • Damaged Can: A $70 fee will apply if the can damage exceeds normal wear and tear.
    • Stolen Can: The replacement fee is $40 for a refurbished can or $70 for a new can.

3. Collection Schedule

  • Green waste collection runs from the second Monday in March to the second Friday in December.
  • Collection services span nine months, but billing is done quarterly.

Note for Renters

If you are renting this property, you must request the homeowner to submit this contract on your behalf. Tenants/renters are not authorized to enter into this Agreement with the District.
How to enter your address:

  • Start by entering the first four numbers of your home address into the designated field. As you type, a list of addresses should auto-populate.

By signing this Agreement, the homeowner agrees to abide by the terms and conditions specified herein.
