Green Can Subscription Request 

The green waste subscription service runs from the second Monday in March to the second Friday in December.

GREEN WASTE SUBSCRIPTION  AGREEMENT

  • This Contract Agreement is entered into between the homeowner and the District for the provision of a Green Waste Can. By signing below, the homeowner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

    1. Account Status

    The Customer must maintain a current account to receive services.

    2. Fees

  • Startup Fee: A one-time startup fee of $70 is required to begin service.
  • Service Fee: The Customer agrees to pay $31.50 per quarter, totaling $126 per year, for green waste collection. The billing is done quarterly, despite service being provided for nine months of the year (from the second Monday of March to the second Friday of December).
  • Additional Green Can: If the Customer requires an additional green waste can, they will be charged $9 per quarter for the extra can, with a $70 startup fee for each additional can.
  • Replacement Can:
    • Damaged Can: A $70 fee applies for replacement if damage exceeds normal wear and tear.
    • Stolen Can: The replacement fee is $20 for a refurbished can or $70 for a new one.

  • 3. Collection Schedule

    Green waste collection will occur from the second Monday of March until the second Friday of December. Although collection services span nine months, billing occurs quarterly.

Note for Renters:

If you are renting this property, you must request the homeowner to submit this contract on your behalf. Tenants/renters are not authorized to enter into this Agreement with the District.

By signing this Agreement, the homeowner agrees to abide by the terms and conditions specified herein.
