Refurbished Can Request / New Can Request
Note: This request is for switching your current can, not for starting a new service.
New Cans: Unused and come with an additional fee.
Refurbished Cans: These are previously used and come at a reduced cost.
The fee for your selected option will be added to your next bill. Please ensure your current cans are left visible for replacement.
Important:
We will need to retrieve your old can before delivering your new or refurbished one. If you have multiple cans, please mark the one to be replaced by either:
- Attaching a paper that says, "Take this one"
- Marking an X on the can with tape.
Please leave the can in a visible and accessible area, but preferably not on the street. You may continue using the can until it is replaced, which can take between 1 to 14 days.
