Additional Glass Can Contract

This Contract Agreement is entered into by the homeowner and the District for the provision of a Glass Recycling Subscription Can. By signing below, the homeowner agrees to the following terms:

1. Account Status

Your account must be current in order to request glass recycling services.

2. Fees

  • Startup Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $55 will be charged to cover the delivery, maintenance, and repairs of the glass recycling can.
  • Quarterly Billing: A service fee of $7.50 will be billed quarterly for the glass recycling service.

  • 3. Glass Collection Service

  • Glass recycling collection occurs once a month.
  • All glass waste should be placed inside the glass recycling can. No waste should be placed outside the can for collection.

Note for Renters:

If you are renting this property, you must request the homeowner to submit this contract on your behalf. Tenants/renters are not authorized to enter into this Agreement with the District.
