Seasonal Container Reservation Program

📢 How It Works- Early Access

*The postcard you received must show Early Acess to schedule on this page.

We have established a priority system for the SCRP reservation process to ensure fair access to containers.

Early Bird Reservation 

• Individuals who were on the cancellation waiting list the previous year but did not have the opportunity to obtain a container will receive first priority.
• A designated reservation day will be assigned to this group, allowing them to visit our website and reserve their preferred dates.

Early Access Reservation 

• Those who did not have a container the prior year.
• If any containers remain after the Early Bird reservation period, reservations will open to individuals who did not receive a container the prior year and were not on the cancellation waiting list.

General Reservation 

• Individuals who had a container the previous year.
• If containers are still available after the Early-Access reservation period, reservations will then be open to individuals who had a container the previous year.

All reservations are subject to container availability. While we make every effort to accommodate as many participants as possible, securing a container is not guaranteed, regardless of priority level.

WFWRD believes this structured approach offers a fair and equitable way to manage the program, giving everyone a chance to participate.

📅 How to Book:

Below are the links with dates for your designated area. Please click on the appropriate link to access the reservation consent form.

Important: When filling out the form, please read the instructions carefully on how to correctly enter your address in the system.

🏠 How to Enter Your Address:

• Do NOT enter the full address; this will give you an error.
• Start by entering the first four numbers of your home address into the designated field. As you type, a list of addresses should auto-populate.
• Select your address from the list.
• If your address doesn't appear right away, continue typing one additional character at a time, such as part of the street name, until your address is listed. For example: "1234 S".
• If your address still does not auto-populate, please email us at info@wasatchfrontwaste.org, and we will verify that your address is in the system.

📌 When Reserving:

• Please select only one day for your booking to avoid delays in processing and confirming your reservation.

📩 Confirmation Email:

• Once the Operations Department has reviewed and confirmed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details. Please note that we do not have a set timeframe for when this email will be sent. We kindly ask that you check your email periodically, including your junk or spam folder, as the confirmation email may occasionally be filtered there.
